Technical Support Director

Specialties:

  1. Assisting the center's manager with aspects related to devices and networks.
  2. Supervising the division technically and administratively
  3. Supervising project development plans.
  4. Supervising the authority's administrations follow-up requests.
  5. Implement the administrations' action plan in illumination of the required goal.
  6. Specify the actual needs of the affiliated divisions.
  7. Consider the suggestions of the employees to improve the performance, besides, to look at their problems and needs.
  8. Participate in the performance evaluation of the employees periodically, and at the end of the year.
  9. Follow up on the implementation of the various administrative decisions.
  10. Observe the performance of the employees and motivate them to enrich the distinguished ones, and to assist the employees with low level of performance to improve in order to provide a balanced and efficient work environment
  11. Prepare periodic reports the activities, achievements and proposals to develop the performance and submit them to the manager.
  12. Assign the managers' tasks to his alternative during his absence for an official mission or leave.
  13. To perform tasks assigned, without violating the regulations, and laws.
